What shipping methods are availbale?
A:We provide professional global shipping with clear terms and reliable express delivery. For the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Canada, Sweden, Australia, we adopt DDP shipping terms. You do not need to handle customs clearance or pay additional duties, with a delivery time of approximately 3-8 business days. For all other countries and regions, we adopt DAP shipping terms, using premium express services including DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS. The general shipping time is 3–8 business days. Please note that buyers are responsible for local customs clearance and applicable duties, unless your country implements a duty exemption policy for small parcels.
How long will it take to get my package?
We provide efficient global shipping services with standardized delivery timelines. Southeast Asia and East Asia take about 3 business days. Most European and North American regions take3–8 business days, with partial areas available for 3-day express delivery.All other regions require 8+ business days. Delivery times may slightly fluctuate due to seasonal factors and carrier capacity.
Do you support customized services?
A:We support professional OEM and ODM customization services. Backed by a 20-year professional jewelry manufacturing factory, we accept custom logos, personalized designs, sample-based production and exclusive customized pieces based on your pictures and creative ideas. In addition, free item engraving is offered for all in-store products. Feel free to contact us for professional custom solutions and more details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Because we are a Chinese entity, we currently only support PayPal. However, PayPal supports credit and debit cards. If you wish, you can directly pay our corporate bank account via TT or Wise, provided you absolutely trust us.
Do you offer returns service?
We support returns. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return it.
1. Requesting a return requires our approval.
2. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Please affix the return label to the package and return it to our local partner warehouse.
4. After receiving the package and inspecting its condition, if the goods are in good condition and do not affect resale, we will issue a full refund.
Are your moissanite and silver genuine?
A: Absolutely. We are a jewelry manufacturer, and we source all the raw materials ourselves. The materials are generally 925 sterling silver with D color and VVS1 purity moissanite.
Each product comes with a GRA certificate, 100% Compensation for Counterfeit Products, and Supports Re-inspection by Testing Agencies.
