Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at icharmsolo@gmail.com. We will provide the address of the warehouse closest to your delivery address. The package must be returned to that warehouse before the return deadline. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at icharmsolo@gmail.com.
